I had a great interview experience! My advice: relax and be yourself. You should always prepare for a job interview, but if you're interviewing with Kreischer Miller, just be yourself. The recruiter and interviewing staff were very friendly, candid and down-to-earth. I got the impression that the firm isn't looking for just another cookie-cutter staff member, so don't be afraid to show them how you are uniquely able to enrich and contribute to their community.
