My interview process was on two different dates. The first was very nice getting to know more about the staff and the firm. This is great because then the applicant is able to get to know things about the firm and feel for what the firm represents. The second was three separate interviews that were thirty minutes long and then a lunch with a staff member. The three interviews were very easy flowing and open communication. Honestly felt more just like a conversation rather than an interview. I got to know the three interviewers pretty well I would say. However, more importantly I was able to be comfortable and open with every single one of them which was very important to me. For me, I could tell everyone was being honest with me which is also very open. This personally was one of the best interview processes that I have ever been through and I significantly enjoyed everyone involved in it and every part of it.
