It was quite straightforward. I went to the interview with a copy of my CV, discussed my previous roles, and what they were looking for in a sales assistant and if my needs matched theirs. I did a little work alongside another sales assistant to see how I worked, and how I interacted with customers.

Came in for a very informal chat with manager who was very friendly and not intimidating.
Felt more like a friendly chat than intricate questioning. The other members of staff were also very friendly.

What are your hobbies and extracurricular activities?
Easy interview with standard interview questions. Super casual. Trying to work out your personality as much as your capabilities as they are a fun employer to work for. Manager was relaxed and made the interview go smoothly.

The staff and interviewer were very friendly and welcoming. The interview itself was quite short. I was seated at a table and asked questions about the company and my work ethic. Everything was written down by hand on a clipboard.
