Initial interview wi the hiring manager, followed by long delays, then interview with a data scientist, then more delays, then was asked to schedule a 4 hour final interview. That never took place because they said they were reassessing the role. This spanned four months. I found another position. The people I spoke to were friendly and very knowledgeable but with all the delays and indecisiveness it seemed like I was dealing with a 10,000 person government agency, not a startup with 170 employees. I feel bad for the headhunter.
