I was greeted, asked the basic questions to ascertain my knowledge of bike maintenance. Asked what I knew about the company, got given a speech about 'empowering communities in Africa'. Fairly entertaining and light conversation. We then moved onto a more 'personality' based questionnaire so they could get an idea if I was right to join the already established team. It went well and I got the job.
