Casual, easygoing. Met at the cafe within the Kroger and spoke with the manager. I was a college student at the time so they asked a lot about work ethic, my school schedule, and how long I would be available to work.

It was a very easy interview process. They called me as my availability and scheduled an in person interview and they were very flexible and the cashier position was described, and the general manager did my interview. She was really nice to her employees I observed.
