Very straightforward. Had a single interview, with the district HR manager. He asked me a few softball questions about myself and my work experience, as well as whether or not I would pass a drug test if one were run on me. I was pretty much hired on the spot, although my years of retail experience were most likely the deciding factor.

I called to customer support to setup an interview during weekends. It was an open door interview. We did the paper work after doing the the interview and was hired the same day within 3 hours. I started woking the next day at Kroger.
