Job fair. Group interview with 2 other people. No questions were asked. Just manager asking about availability and telling us about Kroger. Pretty laid back environment. Went in nervous came out better than I expected.

The interview was fluent and very simple questions. They asked me what I would do in certain situations and that’s about how hard it gets. Make sure you show up on time.

It was a group interview, We had to answer as individuals and form groups to complete exercises. There were multiple people interviewing for multiple stores, departments and positions. Only 2 people in the interview did not make it to the next round and were not offered positions.
