I applied online through job alert. I was contacted the next day by the manager of the store. We scheduled an interview during that call. Manager interviewed me one-on-one. She asked basic questions like why they should hire me, why choose Kroger, and asked me some questions about my resume. She made me fill up this form for my availability. Then she gave me an offer and asked when I wanted to start. I had to come back the day after the interview to do a drug test and pick up my uniform. Then I had to attend orientation, which was paid, and lasted 4 hours.

Interviewer was very knowledgeable and positive. Asked great questions that were relevant to the position. Great at explaining what the position entailed. Best interviewer I've met with. Made me feel very comfortable with the company.
