The interview consisted of a 30-minute talk with HR. I heard back in a couple of weeks about getting an offer.
Just basic questions about who you are and that you are capable of lifting heavy objects.

Open Interview, waiting for hours to see how patient you were. Called in asked a few questions the employer suggested open positions. Called in a week later for a second interview with the manager interviewed by the manager and assistant manager. Asked to take a mouth swab drug test and then I was hired
