Applied through an online application. In person interview followed a phone conversation. As this was a Summer Job, asked only basic questions (what are you doing in school? what was your GPA? what was the most challenging project you worked on in school?). Overall, a soft interview. The interviewer (an HR representative) was nice and all people I dealt with in the interview were nice.

Apply, they need people, just be able to talk and be normal. As long as you can communicate and complete the job description you will be totally fine. There is only one round.

If you see a customer that needs help, but you just went on your lunch break, what would you do?
Very short, and easy Did not need to prep really. Expect to answer questions for about 5-10 minutes, and then discuss your previous experience that you may or may not have.

Short process wasn’t long easy going manager he made me comfortable to ask questions and to answer them made me feel like family ready for first day tonight pray everything goes well as a dairy associate ready to see the great things and nights it brings
