Was made to wait an hour for a group interview, just to be sat down to fill out an availability form and asked one question. "give an example of a time you were friendly" I was not feeling friendly at the moment.

Interview was very brief and only asked me my previous employment history and availability. I was then given a run down of what the position would entail and had to sign a couple papers proving that it was explained to me. Overall not too bad and was very laid back.

Rote, simplistic, smarmy interviewer. Typical open ended questions regarding customer service. I got the distinct impression that I was being eliminated due to my age. I frequently shop at the store and there are very few employees over age 45.
