Rote, simplistic, smarmy interviewer. Typical open ended questions regarding customer service. I got the distinct impression that I was being eliminated due to my age. I frequently shop at the store and there are very few employees over age 45.

It was a computer process for the most part back when I did it. Came in for an in person interview that lasted maybe 15 minutes and they did an oral swab drug test at that time.
