Group interview through job fair for new store opening. Recruiters gave a lot of mis-information. My experience was that they hire just about anybody and don't really consider the needs of the position or the store. They are just completing a task.

Lots of open ended questions and gives you a chance to showcase your personality. Most questions are scenario based, presumably to gauge your reaction to high-pressure situations. Overall a pretty simple process
