Overall the interview process was fairly straight forward and the interview itself lasted about 30 minutes. It was mostly general questions and was pretty easy. It was a very relaxed interview and would recommend it.

Applied online, received a call to set up an interview the next day. Went in for a very simple interview (less than 20 minutes) and received a conditional offer of employment pending a drug test and background check. Received a call later that week to let me know that everything had come back fine and to set up times for orientation and training.

Very quick and I honestly could've done this on the phone. It was brief and they just wanted to know how much you could lift. The guy who interviewed me was pleasant
group interview of about 5-8 people. Later each individual talks to hiring manager about the salary. The hiring manager tells them if the position is still available and you can negotiate with her.
