Simple, and straight to point. And the interviewers were pleasant. I didn’t have any issues with the questions. They just want to make sure that you are a good worker and will be punctual for the most part. And that you can also be nice to customers.

Phone Interview or screening where they asked a few questions and then was given one in-person interview with the store manager that lasted about 15 minutes before an offer was made.
It was a typical phone screen. One round, no in person component. Took approximately two weeks to hear back. Very easy behavioral evaluation. May have moved to an online process since then.
