It was a 30 minute interview process where they pose behavioural questions and you would have to answer them according to your experience you have faced and answer them to your best to the STAR method.

I applied online through career services. Interview was with 2 senior managers (one from the IT side and the other from the business side of supply chain) and was about an hour long. They were both very laid back and funny. Asked me to go over my resume with them and asked a lot of questions about experience with working in a group and leadership.
