I walked to the customer service desk and was told to take a seat. Manager came over asked basic questions and was hired almost instantly because they were desperate for workers. Was asked basic info and when I was able to start.

very quick and easy interview I got hired on the spot but they rescinded the job offer after receiving my background report even tho i was upfront and honest about convictions during the interview

It was a group interview, We had to answer as individuals and form groups to complete exercises. There were multiple people interviewing for multiple stores, departments and positions. Only 2 people in the interview did not make it to the next round and were not offered positions.
