I applied online and a few days later I got a phone call. I had to go through a phone interview. Then I was a scheduled for an in-person interview at the store. The questions were mostly about my availability and what I would do in a certain situation.

Interview was very brief and only asked me my previous employment history and availability. I was then given a run down of what the position would entail and had to sign a couple papers proving that it was explained to me. Overall not too bad and was very laid back.

Rote, simplistic, smarmy interviewer. Typical open ended questions regarding customer service. I got the distinct impression that I was being eliminated due to my age. I frequently shop at the store and there are very few employees over age 45.
