I sent my application via website, it took two or three weeks until they contacted me with the invitation to the "assessment center".
The interview was very strange, they were 2 VP's coming in and out from the room simultaneously, with their question list that they were simply reading. In some cases, they did not knew where did the previous interviewer finished the last question.

I saw that there were two parts, an accounting part and a company valuation, or corporate finance one.
They first asked about consolidation; How are the subsidiary or invested companies (100% represented in the balance sheet.
If we buy an equipment, how does that change in the income statement? And after one year?
What is goodwill
What is comprised in the intangible assets?
How are the deferred earnings accounted
DCF formula
Know all the multiples formula and what is it for
Know what it is the EV, how we obtain the share price from DCF

First round interview was virtual. Was shown interview questions prior to recording my answers, and had unlimited time to prepare before answering. There were quite a few question, though I was able to take as much time as needed to prepare.
Overall average interview including dcf and other valuation approaches focus including precedents and market multiples , overall capital markets knowledge might also be useful including knowledge about what kroll does
Multiple rounds, first phone interview. Then flown into office where we did interviews with some of the team members, then a case study with other interviewees and presented to the team and had lunch after. Later received a phone call.
