Simple three step process. Applied online, took a numerical and a critical reasoning test. One test was 20 and the other was 25 minutes long. After passing the tests I was invited to an assessment centre where there was a case study, an accountancy based test ( built a balance sheet) and two sets of interviews with the groups managing directors.
