Two rounds of interviews; one phone interview and one office interview. VERY technical questions will be asked but they all ask the same questions from a question bank. I read 6 of the 7 phone technical questions on here before hand so that helped me get the office interview. Office interview had 3 different interviews followed by a case study where you work with the other candidates.

First round interview was virtual. Was shown interview questions prior to recording my answers, and had unlimited time to prepare before answering. There were quite a few question, though I was able to take as much time as needed to prepare.
Overall average interview including dcf and other valuation approaches focus including precedents and market multiples , overall capital markets knowledge might also be useful including knowledge about what kroll does
Multiple rounds, first phone interview. Then flown into office where we did interviews with some of the team members, then a case study with other interviewees and presented to the team and had lunch after. Later received a phone call.
