The interview process is quite transparent and linear, with the following rounds:
Phone Screen: With a senior person of UK office (Questions from resume)
On-site: With Global head & Division head (Behavioral+ Technical questions)
Phone Interview: With a senior person of US office
Got a call after a week, regarding the selection and negatitaion
