I was hired out of college. There was no on campus recruiting in my year. A buddy told me about it, I submitted my resume, had a call with a managing director and it turned out that it went well. They had me up for a super day and ended up offering me a job.

I received an email to conduct a hirevue that consisted of 7 pre-recorded questions that were timed and only 1 attempt to answer. The second process included a written response to a question with a 10- minute time limit.

The process was not very formal. After CV got selected they kept a round with team lead. He asked tough questions and was very straight forward. Not paying good money
