Applied online. Took 2-3 months to reply. After I received the phone call, I had a phone interview within a week and heard back that I made it passed the phone interview within the next two or three weeks. After that I interviewed with 6 VPs or Directors. It got repetitive but it is important to display your general intelligence consistently to all who interview you.

First round interview was virtual. Was shown interview questions prior to recording my answers, and had unlimited time to prepare before answering. There were quite a few question, though I was able to take as much time as needed to prepare.
Overall average interview including dcf and other valuation approaches focus including precedents and market multiples , overall capital markets knowledge might also be useful including knowledge about what kroll does
Multiple rounds, first phone interview. Then flown into office where we did interviews with some of the team members, then a case study with other interviewees and presented to the team and had lunch after. Later received a phone call.
