Was referred by an employee. HR reached out and conducted a phone screening, and afterwards encouraged me to apply online. Applied, and a week later received a rejection email. Moved on. About 3 weeks later, received an email that they wanted to interview me, but that I needed to apply. Told them I already applied and was rejected. They told me it was a mix up, and they wanted to interview me. Set up interview time. Panel interview with 3 senior members. They told me it was a "getting to know you" interview, and from there, it would be another 3 rounds of interview. Thought the interview went well. Followed up with HR afterwards for feedback. No response. Attempted additional follow up with no response. Completely ghosted. Moved on. But who knows, they may come back in 3 months for the next round, noting a mistake.

There were 4 interviews in the space of 3 hrs. Each interview lasting in and around 45 mins. Questions were mostly on my current role and what value addition I can bring. I applied on their career page and got a call from their london recruiter within 3 days post which my next interview was set up in their Mumbai office. They completed all the personal interviews in one day which I really appreciate.
