Total three round interviews. First round is HR. Second round is line manager. Final round is group partner. Ask you to walk through your resume, and also ask motivation question, such as why you wanna change your job.
Firstly, they shortlist you based on your CV, then conduct GD and email writing test, after shortlist in that, you have to give 2 rounds of interview. This is the overall process
