Kroll asked about valuation methods, including the market approach, discounted cash flow (DCF), and comparable company analysis. They also inquired about free cash flow to the firm (FCFF), free cash flow (FCF), weighted average cost of capital (WACC), the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM), and risk measurement techniques like beta and VaR.

2. In person assessment centre which consists of a written exercise and a skills based interview. Lasted for around 3 hours / half day
Pretty basic questions. In addition to asking about a scenario and how I would go about investigating/approaching it. First round is a recorded online interview, they give about 2 minutes to think per question.
The interview start with some basic questions and would like me to fill out a test online. It was some professional questions but they never replied ever since the test.
