A Talent Acquisition Manager reached out to me about this opportunity. She was kind and provided an overview of the process. Later, I met the manager I would be reporting to, followed by a panel interview with two women from their overseas team. Everyone was professional and welcoming, and at no point did I feel pressured or unqualified.

The steps are short, usually 3 interviews but approval takes a long time and can take more then a month. The first interview will be with HR and then one with the hiring manager and probably another one with the leadership.
