While the company has a pretty rigorous review process for engineers - I was applying for a position in the IT department. I was interviewed by 2-3 people over the course of thirty minutes. My time was not wasted, and we even made a little small talk to break the ice. I was able to describe my career and achievements, and was asked relevant questions regarding my work history. I was pleasantly surprised when they'd ask questions concerning where I wanted to grow and advance. Many companies of this size are only concerned with filling the immediate need - and often disappoint employees when they inevitably wish to advance.
