Interviewed for the position of AM Legal in India. Given 2 topics to research and revert in 4 days time. My revert on the same was highly appreciated by the hiring manager and he directly processed the application for background check and salary verification. My background check was successful with my current reporting manager and I was called for further interview with HR Head and Continent head. After doing the successful background verification and being given an impression of my offer letter being issued next week, I never received any reply from HR team and also HR team ignored my calls. My reference check had put me into sorry situation in present organisation. Strongly recommended not to extend reference check and salary slips before finalisation of candidature.
