      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Kuehne+Nagel nel mese di lug 2025

      Colloquio

Review: About three months ago, I interviewed with Kuehne+Nagel and was told I was a top candidate. Shortly after, they rejected me, stating they had found someone “better.” About two months later, they reached out again to let me know the person they hired didn’t work out and they wanted to re-engage me for the role. I agreed, despite being hesitant, and went through two additional interviews — totaling three in the entire process. They then began pushing aggressively for me to go on-site to their New Jersey location, which would have required an hour commute from New York using two forms of transportation. I was upfront about my concerns, especially since I had already met the full team virtually. I directly asked them if the on-site visit would result in an offer or if it was simply another evaluation step to “see if they liked me.” They never provided a clear answer. I also requested transportation assistance since I had to return to work immediately after the visit due to my temporary role’s strict schedule, and they refused to accommodate me. I found this especially inconsiderate given that I had already been extremely flexible with them, despite the fact that they initially rejected me. Once they saw I wasn’t budging and I continued asking reasonable questions about the purpose of the on-site meeting, they began harassing me with phone calls throughout the day, completely disregarding my work schedule. Instead of sending me a simple, professional email to communicate their decision, they left me a voicemail saying they had “some internal development,” which they never explained. Shortly after that, they officially rejected me and reposted the role on LinkedIn. The constant shifting of the salary range throughout the process also made me question their honesty and transparency. On top of that, I would genuinely like to understand why the person they hired before didn’t work out. Based on my experience, I can only assume it may be tied to their internal disorganization, poor culture, or lack of process. Even in today’s tough job market, I would strongly caution serious professionals against pursuing opportunities with this company. They don’t seem to know what they are doing, they waste candidates’ time, and they show little respect for people’s professionalism or current employment obligations.
