No real interview process, easy to get through. I just contacted the manager of the Kumon I worked at, and I got the job in a couple days. Great for high school students.

Colloquio
It was quite simplistic, the typical "why should you have this job" "tell me about yourself" type of questions. However they had no seasonal jobs, and required a minimum of a one year commitment, which i found somewhat ridiculous since it is only a part time job.
Very straightforward and easy, went over previous jobs/positions but does not need to be relevant. Just need to elaborate why you want this position. There was not much needed to get this role
The interview process was not difficult at all. They asked very easy and basic questions that were not difficult to answer. I was basically hired on the spot, no stress at all.
