They called me in fairly quickly and the interview was easy! They asked me why I wanted to work there and what I would contribute. I was a student there at the time so they already knew me.
Super simple - Questions about whether you went to kumon as a kid and familiar with their teaching styles. With this being said, they also asked about committment and if you can stay working there for a year.
The interview was very simple. I was asked about my availability and then asked to take a timed math test. I was asked about previous courses I took in high school.
I was asked a few questions about my level of education (including the level of maths education), and then I was given a Kumon maths test to complete.
