Group Discussion and Communication. There had 10 people for the interview. Kumon faculty take classes and ask for our opinions and answers. There should be three rounds of interviews in a single day. Also 2 exams, one for mathematics and another one for English. After reviewing they eliminate candidates accordingly.
Super simple - Questions about whether you went to kumon as a kid and familiar with their teaching styles. With this being said, they also asked about committment and if you can stay working there for a year.
The interview was very simple. I was asked about my availability and then asked to take a timed math test. I was asked about previous courses I took in high school.
