It was quick and easy as long as you possess the skills and knowledge required. Interviewer would give you a test to test for the required skills and knowledge for the given job position. Had to do a quick mathematics and english test.

How many hours per week can you dedicate your time to work?
Super simple - Questions about whether you went to kumon as a kid and familiar with their teaching styles. With this being said, they also asked about committment and if you can stay working there for a year.
The interview was very simple. I was asked about my availability and then asked to take a timed math test. I was asked about previous courses I took in high school.
