It was fully behavioral for me, no tests on my capability or anything like that. It seemed more of a "This is what you will have to do, is that good?" Didn't get the job immediately, but then later asked me if I could work?

Yeah so our process for how we work with students is this...does this sound like something you can handle?
Super simple - Questions about whether you went to kumon as a kid and familiar with their teaching styles. With this being said, they also asked about committment and if you can stay working there for a year.
The interview was very simple. I was asked about my availability and then asked to take a timed math test. I was asked about previous courses I took in high school.
I was asked a few questions about my level of education (including the level of maths education), and then I was given a Kumon maths test to complete.
