Applied through Angel list. Got a call from a recruiter. Tech round was scheduled. Started with a discussion about projects, JWT, authentication. When I told him JWT uses stateless web service, he seem to disagree. A question on Linked list was given (easy - medium). I told him 3 approaches but had trouble implementing the creation part of Linked list(probably rejected because of this), even though implemented the logic correctly. Later questions about hashmaps, polymorphism, and system design were asked. I answered most of these, although his obsession with a particular type of examples for polymorphism seemed a little weird to me. He told me an example of polymorphism and wanted me to come up with a similar example. Like seriously? Maybe we studied from different resources and both of us know the concept? I asked him a few questions at the end like what's the size of the engineering team, tech stacks, and what differentiates Kuvera from other fintech companies.
