Thanks for sharing your experience. We understand our process of hiring the interns is lengthy. But we don’t see the Interns as someone who will only come & learn in our Organization; rather we evaluate the potential of a full-time colleague in the individual. Hence, the evaluation process takes time. Regarding you not getting hired, we had a candidate pool with more potential then you and hence they were chosen for this role.
