The interview process was initial call with recruiter, 45 minute "technical" interview, then two more informal interviews. It was truly the most bizarre interview experience of my life. They didn't give me any true technical assessment - only broad questions about agentic design and frameworks. The third interviewer told me how rich he was four different times, and we spent most of the interview talking about his awesome life. It was very strange. After three interviews, they indicated that I would receive an offer, but I was still uncertain about the company so I requested another call. During the final call I asked about WLB and number of hours worked (a completely reasonable question) - This caused them to rescind their offer after they offered me 240k with bonus, sign-on bonus, etc. There were a lot of red flags with this company. For example, the "manager" was about 25 with zero work experience. They weren't able to give me a clear scope of the work in initial calls. Luckily, I dodged a bullet that I saw coming from a mile off. Really strange that these kind of places exist.

Recruiter approached me for scheduling interview and two PHDs took first round. They asked quetsions on what project I explained and drill down further to know technicality & approach I took.
