Colloquio
5 people in a room: lead dev and engineer, team lead, manager, technical lead. It was a great fast paced interview, no BS, just getting to the point. Basic HR round, tech stuff, whiteboard with exercise, some English practice and other general questions about the role, processes, tech, yourself.

Colloquio
First, I had a short check-call with an Indian interviewer who asked basic questions and I shared my experience. After that, I got a rejection, and I honestly didn’t understand what the reason was.
Later, I reached out to the hiring manager on linkedin , as they had already shared my résumé with the team. I asked if they could tell me the reason for the rejection so it would help me improve for future interviews.
He replied that actually I should be scheduled for an interview, and he asked the team to move me to the technical round.
So I had another HR video round and then a technical interview that lasted almost two hours. They asked a lot of questions about protocols, processes, and even 2–3 riddles. It went well.
Then after almost three months of waiting, I finally got the approval. I thought it was a rejection because it was taking so long but actually the manager was on vacation, so the process got delayed
