The interview process took longer than one would anticipate, but the company gave options to what I was looking for in a company in this field. The interviewer was very professional and on point with what they were looking for as well. There is an initial phone interview, then an in-person interview. There is an additional 2-4 weeks of intensive training where you need to pass the quizzes and tests and in-person oral test.

They asked why I wanted to work with kids and if I had any relevant experience. They ran through how their job works and all the details/benefits. It was mostly them talking.
