Interviewed for about 30 minutes. Raquel, the interviewer just wanted to know about me and my experience in academia and in the workplace. She just wanted you to talk about yourself so she could get a better idea of who you are. She just wants to know that you are accountable, hard working, and willing to learn something new. Mostly a motivational interview.

Friendly, but unprofessional experience. The amount of times they forgot to call made the experience much worse than it had to be. So yeah, waste of time, but what is applying to jobs supposed to include good times and good friends? So yeah, I guess fair game right.
