Online application and skills test. Then a 1:1 interview with the store manager. Manager asked about my previous retail experience, where I got my style inspiration, and how I would define my personal style. The interviewer was very friendly and called my references that same day. I was offered a job the following day and started training the week after.

The interview process was in a group setting and very comfortable. The questions asked were professional yet geared well towards teamwork and team building. Emphasis was placed on availability. You will be asked to explain employment history and potentially defend any employment gaps in front of peers, so be prepared for this and practice if you feel uncomfortable. This is a normal interview practice, but can be daunting in front of "competitors" for a position.
