Colloquio
First round interview was two hours long with two hiring managers. The interviews were both mainly behavioral. Each person did ask one question about the retail industry. The final round interview was an onsite/half day interview at corporate headquarters. This consisted three 3-hour interviews with 2 senior analysts and one director and lunch.

Tell me how we can measure performance of a change to the retail format?
Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso L Brands (Columbus, OH) nel mese di feb 2013
Colloquio
Initial phone screen took 40 mins. Very detailed questions about what I currently make, what I am looking to make, and where I was in my interview process. The recruiter told me that they are not interested in persons who are at the final stages because their process takes "a long time". Then general behavioral questions.
About a week later I was sent an agenda to interview in person. My schedule had me start in Reynoldsburg, Ohio and interviewed with one person. That lasted 30 mins. This person was not hiring anyone but his role was to determine if I was a fit for the company. The next interview took place in Columbus (about a 15 min drive) and I met with the next person. This interviewer was hiring and he asked more detailed questions about what I know how to do. I was suppose to meet another interviewer but my schedule changed and I met the third person instead. This interview was annoying. The person asked me bogus questions to get me off guard and be little me on my skill set. He told me that I had a 30 min break before my last interview at the next building. I left for my car and checked my phone. I had a message from HR saying they changed my schedule again and I was meeting someone else in less than 5 mins, at another building. I was quite annoyed. This person didn't even realize he was going to interview someone that day and basically told me about his department. He didn't ask me any questions and kept looking at his watch. My last interview was very odd. The person purposely asked me random questions when I was explaining the first question. This was done to get me off track and find out how I would handle the situation. He also asked illegal questions about my personal life (ie: do you have children, etc). At that point I realized this wasn't the company for me and I just played along. I had already wasted 6 hours of my life with this company and I wouldn't be interested in another interview.
In the end, I was annoyed and exhausted. Not one person offered a beverage or had a concern about distance and parking to make their tight appointments. They want a specific person in their club and this is made perfectly clear regardless if you have the skill set. Single, childless, and willing to work to the bone without any appreciation.
All I can say is "good luck" and bring protein bars and water. If you survive this interview the others will appear like a cake walk!

I see you are married... how many children do you have and what are their ages?
