The interview was like any other retail interview. Customer service based questions and how would you react to this situation type of questions. Relatively easy process with general questions. It was an entry level retail position. Management was friendly and polite. I am pretty sure there were two different managers that sat in on the interview.

The interview process was in a group setting and very comfortable. The questions asked were professional yet geared well towards teamwork and team building. Emphasis was placed on availability. You will be asked to explain employment history and potentially defend any employment gaps in front of peers, so be prepared for this and practice if you feel uncomfortable. This is a normal interview practice, but can be daunting in front of "competitors" for a position.
