Share your “story”. How familiar with the LLbean brand are you. Have you ever worked retail or had any relevant positions - never working retail isn’t a deal breaker, if you are personable they will train you on customer service.
Mine was a group interview. You go around the circle and answer basic questions focused on your experiences and activities in the outdoors. Very simple. Took less than 30 minutes. Friendly group leader made the time go by quickly.
Started with a call and then a group interview with easy quick questions about yourself and experience followed with pretend sales examples using their own products to see how you hold a conversation and explain their products.
