It is a group interview. The manager is friendly. They do asked several questions related to the role and your own experience. They ask questions to all the candidates. Overall, the interview is easy and relaxing.

Did not hire, went through 2 hour process for nothing. Pointless and frustrated. Application was easy enough. Demand you buy their clothes (at a discount but regardless). Would not apply again.
group interview. super relaxed. lots of young adults. asked about you questions like what you like to do outdoors and customer service scenarios. led by one manager. it was over in like 20 minutes
This was during the pandemic but they conducted zoom interviews asking basic questions such as reason for your interest in the position , previous work experience, and comfort level engaging in customer service
