The recruitment process is very well thought out and very comprehensive where in addition to interviews you have different tests to complete (behavioral and cognitive; 2 business cases; 1 written assignment). I have to say that I had an excellent candidate experience along the way with the Talent Acquisition Manager checking in on how the process and interviews were going. The process went very quickly from the moment I received the email from HR to receiving the job offer. Overall, very good candidate experience.
