Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite l'università. La procedura ha richiesto 6 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso L3Harris (Salt Lake City, UT) nel mese di nov 2020
Colloquio
Received a call from HR a few months after meeting with a L3Harris rep at my Universitie's career fair. The call involved some quick behavioral questions like why I wanted the job, what did I expect to learn.. etc and we set up a video interview date.
The video interview was quick with two coding questions (not too hard). I struggled with some syntax but luckily the two gentlemen on the call with me gave some hints as how to properly implement things. I felt like the first question went well but the second questions was a bit harder and something I hadn't done for years but I made sure to talk out my thought process to show them I actually knew what I was trying to do but I was just a bit rusty.
Although I felt like I didn't do the best during the coding portion, after asking, the two gentlemen assured me I had done great and I received a offer from HR a week later.

Colloquio
applied online, about 2-3 weeks later got a called to answer some questions and to set up a interview. did the interview on teams. after interview waited 24-48 hours for a decision
It was basic behavioral questions and then technical questions about OOP principles (encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphism, abstraction). The technical questions were not difficult, basic CS knowledge things. The interviewer was nice.

Colloquio
The interview process was straightforward and conversational. I first had a short phone screening with HR about my background and interest in the company. This was followed by a 30-minute video call with a software engineer, where we discussed my previous projects, some basic programming concepts, and how I would approach debugging. There were no tricky algorithm questions—just practical scenarios related to the role. The interviewer was friendly, and the whole process felt relaxed.
